Reconnect with your body and mind during a peaceful Yoga & Wellness Experience by the ocean in Playa de las Américas. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this outdoor session offers the perfect opportunity to unwind, improve your flexibility, and enjoy the calming atmosphere of Tenerife's coastline.
The experience takes place on the beach, where you'll practice in the fresh ocean air with the sound of the waves as your backdrop. Guided by an experienced instructor, each session combines mindful movement, breathing techniques and relaxation, helping you release stress while restoring balance and energy.
Sessions are available in English and Russian, creating a welcoming environment for both visitors and residents.
Choose between joining a friendly shared group session every Saturday at 9:30 AM, or enjoy a more personalised private session available daily at 7:00 PM.
After the Saturday morning class, you're welcome to continue the experience by joining the optional brunch at Ocean Freak Surf Café, a great opportunity to relax and meet other participants.
